Zone 6: The Circulatory System

Zone 6 The Circulatory System

Your circulatory system is the highway system of the body.

Dr. Thurman Fleet taught the following – “there are only six kinds of disturbances that can affect the human body. These are GLANDULAR, ELIMINATIVE, NERVOUS, DIGESTIVE, MUSCULAR, and CIRCULATORY. All diseased conditions, aches and pains, and other discomforts experienced by the body can be attributed to one or more of the above disturbances to the body’s 6 systems or Zones.”

This month we are focusing on the sixth zone/system in the body: The Circulatory System

Our circulatory system consists of our heart, all of our veins and arteries as well as our lymphatic system. When our circulatory system is working perfectly, our heart has the ability to speed up/slow down to efficiently deliver oxygen-rich blood to every cell, tissue, and organ in our body.

When we have an imbalance in the circulatory system we may experience symptoms such as:

  • Lymphatic system problems
  • Heart disease
  • Thyroid issues
  • Memory issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Intolerance to cold
  • High/Low blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Heart arrhythmia

Along with getting your Circulatory System check and balance by a Zone Certified Practioner, another great way to create balance in this system is by clearing out old and stagnant energy. That energy might be in the form of a drawer with clothes you no longer wear or a relationship that is no longer serving you. When we can clear the blockages in our lives that are preventing us from succeeding, we create a healthy functioning circulatory system.
