Mental and Emotional Trauma- Death of a loved one, tragic breakup, emotionally abused in some form growing up. “The issues are in the tissues” - this traumatic event gets stored in the body-people with PTSD reliving the same emotional trauma pattern
Patterns - aches and tensions come around-accepted them=normal

What I’ve discovered is that is that creating a healthy stress response starts in the brain. The brain’s response to stress determines if stress hormones like cortisol that tell your body to store belly fat on turned on, or your rest and digest parasympathetics are turned on, which is a natural healing state to be in, but in todays’ society with all the external distractions and demands, most people are operating at a mild level just below an anxiety attack.
2 Elements determine your healing results, and whether you take care of the problem, or stay stuck continuing to look for solutions, or worse, give up. I was impeccable with my nutrition. I was eating raw. I was eating vegan. I was eating paleo. I was eating Keto. I was intermittent fasting. 3. The Plumber vs The Electrician
“Energy is the new everything”
The Plumber-Working where the "owie" is vs. The Electrician - Connecting the electricity - or the energy - that's really what I'm doing here with the brain and the body-I'm making sure the brain and body are balanced so that the brain can send the right signal to the body to do everything it needs to.
What really couldn’t you do with limitless energy? When you’re energy tank really is overflowingly full, think of how efficient you get your stuff done? Think of the energy that would be available to do what you love, wouldn’t you be able to make time for it if you were stepping out bed and just flying every day.
The same way the electricians works with the wires of your house to make sure all the power is flowing from the circuit breaker to the house porperly, that's essentially what I do for your body. Think of your brain like the circuit break that controls all the power running through the house, but instead your brain is doing this for your body. your Wires got short circuited - you exceeded the energy capacity and blew a fuse-like your crazy neighbor that always has to have the best light at Christmas time
We need to go to the circuit breaker (the brain) and reboot the system - restart the computer
Take care of the alignment for maximum energy efficiency

The energy tank- always using it, always depleting it - are you filling up your tank all the way, or are you so used to running on empty that you’re filling yourself up with a quarter tank and thinking it’s full-Most of my clients fall into this category, and I’m willing to bet you haven’t experienced a full tank in a while...The thyroid issues and the adrenal issues come from running on empty over and over, and just like a car that gets run had on empty, soon enough issues with the car arise.
